The apartment sits inside a well-kept, quiet residence with a swimming pool, a lawn and a bar area. It is designed for four guests looking for a comfortable, unhurried base from which to discover the Tuscany few people see — the one made of thermal springs, Etruscan hill towns and roads winding up through the vineyards.

The rooms
The living area brings cooking, dining and relaxing together: oven, induction hob, extractor hood and dishwasher on one side; a table for four and a sofa facing the TV on the other. A tall arched French window lets in the light and the green of the pine trees surrounding the residence. The two bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — both have a wardrobe and a desk, handy for anyone mixing holiday with work. A bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin completes the apartment. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are always included.

The pool and shared areas
The residence pool is available to guests from early June to the end of September (opening dates indicative), with sun loungers on a first-come basis: you may use two of them, choosing from those free at the time. The property also has a bar area serving breakfast, run directly by the residence.

Full transparency
The apartment has no private outdoor space: the arched loggia is a shared area. We are up in the hills, so we recommend having a car to get around.

Chianni, with its restaurants serving game and wild mushrooms, is 5 minutes away. Casciana Terme and its thermal waters, 15. Lajatico, where Andrea Bocelli sings every summer at the Teatro del Silenzio, 20 minutes. Volterra 40, as is the sea at Cecina. Pisa and San Gimignano around 50 minutes.
